A motorsport team (F1®, Formula1®,Formula one®), is not a business in
the traditional sense of the word. and it does not require a
traditional business plan.
I can provide an extremely detailed,
comprehensive report (with Gantt chart format) that is available for
analysis at an (in person) meeting with any qualified investor.
My report explains
every
task required for creating and building a Formula 1® team. It lists
whether a task is dependent or non-dependent, number of days to complete
each task, and the cost (budget) for each task.
I believe that building a motor sport team is an on-going

get the ball rolling as soon as possible for a 2014 start.

Force
1 USA will stand the test of time, and will be winning races. That's a
fact you can bank on. I do not need the approval of others to make
claims that are true.
I have been asked several times, "Others
have tried to start American Formula 1 teams, what makes you different
from them ? "...I have to answer this question with a question...What is
similar with myself and Force 1 USA ?
Nothing
is similar ! That is why I push the phrase "invest in a very unique F1
team"... we will have nothing in common with any other F1 team,
especially with any other attempt at a United States F1 team. We
currently have (or will have) a very unique vision, background,
personnel, leadership, life principles and experiences, fitness training
methods, driver dna/genetics, etc.etc.

Here are a few bullet points concerning Force 1 USA future Formula 1
® race team.
- Force
1 USA Future Formula 1 race team is not associated with the defunct
USF1 from North Carolina, and their attempt at entering F1 ® racing.
- Force 1 USA is an entirely unique, future United States-based Formula 1 team, which will be located on the West Coast.
- Force
1 USA Formula 1 is seeking funding and the financial commitment to make
sure we are racing (and winning) in Formula 1 for a minimum of 3 years,
with a projected goal of being a Formula 1 "Super Power" for several
decades.
- Force 1 USA will have myself, Don Pentecost, as the
primary driver. This is not negotiable. There must be a mandatory 3 year
contract to ensure financial and personnel stability within the team.
- I
will be paid one-third (1/3) the salary as the lowest paid F1 driver,
and yet I will have the highest probability of winning a Formula 1 world
championship within 3 years.
- 10% of the Force 1 USA Future
Formula 1 team budget must be spent on a charitable organization. 5%
towards the investor's choice of charity, and 5% towards the charity of
my choice.
- I have an incredible invention that will solve the
world's clean, alternative energy needs. I will use my invention as
"collateral" for the right Formula 1 racing sponsorship. The projected
return on investment will be over $100 Billion USD. The cost to develop
this invention, and have it ready for production is an additional $89
Million USD. This invention will completely eliminate the need for
middle east oil, gasoline, u.s. coal use, etc. etc. it is "THE"
solution, not one of the solution(s).
- The investment cost to be
the team principal of Force 1 USA Formula 1 racing is $165,358,000 This
is extremely cost effective considering the budgets of other Formula 1
teams. This will cover the start-up, development, and racing costs for three years.
- If you are interested, an additional investment of $89 Million for my alternative energy solution-invention.
- The attainable goal is to win a world championship, and continue winning, within 3-5 years.
- I will also be the oldest f1 champion in history.
- I
would be the only "working class stiff" in Formula 1. An asset if you
want to expand the market / TV audience of Formula 1, especially in the
United States.
- I am seeking a (mostly) silent partner. I need complete control over the business aspects for a minimum of three years.
- I can provide an extremely detailed
f1 budget. Knowing exactly what to purchase (and when), personnel to
hire and what to pay each person is critical to building a winning
Formula 1 team. This is much more important than the traditional
"business plan" and pie charts.
- I am a member of the "working
poor". I have a nice house, pay my mortgage and have very little left
over. Income for ANY type of motorsport is out of the question. I make
no pretense of being a wealthy businessman, or someone on a huge trust
fund that races F1 as a "job"., etc.etc...

multiple professions and industries; e.g. logistics, transportation,
business start-ups (paid employee, not the business owner), trade shows,

investors) to fund a very unique, United States based (future) Formula 1

guess this is a very difficult concept for my "critics" to grasp, but I
